Elevation Health | Co-Founder & CEO
August 2020 – August 2023
Elevation Health was a healthcare services and logistics venture established to meet acute pandemic-related demand for end-to-end population health services. From Elevation’s initial mandate to reopen New York City schools, the venture scaled to a national brand with hundreds of clients in the corporate, education, arts, and philanthropic verticals. Generated ~ $18m in top-line revenue in under 24 months. Won numerous state, federal and private contracts including those from the Department of the Interior, New York Health + Hospitals, private clients including the New York City Ballet, Lincoln Center, Sotheby’s, KIPP Charter Schools and Democracy Prep. Mobilized a team of 300+ RN’s, CNA’s, LPN’s across multiple states to deliver population health protocols in various settings.

Founded in 1997 among the first wave of internet ventures, CareerMD.com was initially envisioned as an online database of residency and fellowship training programs for medical students. More than two decades later, the company has grown into an established national brand and de facto standard in the physician recruiting industry. With a network of more than 100 annually events at teaching hospitals across the country, a full suite of electronic publications targeting 50+ medical specialties and subspecialties, and best-of- breed online databases, CareerMD is the gateway through which early career physicians transition from training into the healthcare ecosystem. With more than 2,000 hospitals, healthcare systems and government agencies as clients, deep connectivity to the nation’s academic medical centers, and a technology platform developed and refined over fifteen years, CareerMD has changed the way physician recruiters do their jobs.
Early Career
Prior to attending law school, I worked for telecommunications pioneer Renee Anselmo at his global satellite venture, PanAmSat during its pre-IPO phase. My early professional experiences during and shortly after law school also included positions at McKinsey Consulting, the Yale Law School Community and Economic Development Clinic, and Connecticut Innovations as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence.
Personal
I am a native New Yorker, competitive athlete, lover of fashion, and mother to a teenage son. I am involved with several philanthropic organizations, including the Fresh Air Fund, New York Cares, and Swim Across America. I am a member of CHIEF and the Association of Yale Alumni. When not at my standing desk doing the work I love, you can find me on the beach or in the mountains.
